We guide the strengthening of an ethical working environment that leads to happiness, well-being and success of employees. It is important here to make balanced choices between paradoxes such as authority versus equality, central authority versus self-direction, control versus inspiration. The way conflicts are handled is a source of work 'happiness' or work 'accident'. And with that, a corporate culture stands or falls with the degree of trust and harmony. From our Buddhist background, we encourage collective harmony and this is a valuable management aspect of Compassionate Leadership. Of course there is no company without conflicts. The point is to see the overall feeling of mutual trust and harmony and reality as it is.
